Rudra Mudra activates Solar plexus and strengthens Chi (Energy, Prana). Rudra Mudra can be practiced for 5 minutes several times a day. It is good for people working too hard and experiencing excessive stress. IT professionals, BPO executives, Doctors, Laborers, Students, Soldiers must practice this mudra. Rudra mudra increases earth element. It cures problems like listlessness, restlessness, heavy heart, butterflies in the stomach and anxiety.
Just combine tip of thumb, index finger and ring finger and say hello to vitality. The other fingers will remain extended.
