Remedy for bad breath and tooth decay

Chew a flake of Cinnamon after each meal. Cinnamon removes bad breath, purifies the mouth and strengthens the gums.  Cinnamon is anti-bacterial and helps in containing tooth decay.

It is a natural alternative to spray based mouth fresheners, chewing gums and pellets. Cinnamon is better than consuming artificial flavorings and preservatives present in artificial mouth fresheners.
